Ways to Incorporate Grapes:
- As a snack, paired with nuts or cheese
- In smoothies: 1/2 cup water, handful of grapes, handful of berries, handful of greens, handful of ice
- OR! Fresh pineapple (handful), red grapes (handful), ginger (about 1/2 inch, peeled), and a handful of ice cubes. So refreshing!
- Chopped up in salads (I love fruit in salads!)
