- Sliced up in salads
- Smeared on toast, with melted cheese, sliced tomato, salt and pepper
- Put it in guacamole: 1-2 avocados, mashed; 1/2 chopped tomato, 1 crushed garlic clove, 1/8 cup chopped red onion, 2 tbsps cilantro, chopped; salt and pepper to taste, splash of lime juice
